Dorset Deaf Children's Society

On Sunday 25th February we paid our fist visit to Streetlight Café in Wimborne. This event was for our pre-school children and their families, and was a chance for our families of very young children to meet up. It is a much smaller group than our usual soft play and gives the children and families a chance to get together with children the same age as their own children.

Twenty children and thirteen adults came along and what a lovely day it was for this small group. Streetlight was an ideal venue with plenty of space for parents to sit and the soft play was ideal for the children.
