AFC Bournemouth Visit
On Tuesday 28th August Dorset DCS children and young people were invited to the Vitality Stadium by AFC Bournemouth for a second time! The children and young people had a tour round the stadium and a chance to meet and ask questions to Kyle Taylor. Some coaching followed on the 3G pitches.
Most exciting was that BT Sport were there to film the session and to interview one of our members and a promising footballer, Molly Stagg, who was picked up last year for further coaching when she came along to our first visit in August 2017. Molly was very nervous but she coped admirably with questions and being filmed. We hope to have some footage to put our website soon.
Many thanks to Hannah Powis at AFC Bournemouth for organising the visit and thanks to Steve for the tour and the coaches for spending their time with the children. They made us all very welcome.
