Dorset Deaf Children's Society

On a very warm Tuesday 9th August, DDCS families and trustees met at Upton Country Park for a picnic.

​

It was great to sit under the gazebo for shade. The children played `go fish` with giant playing

cards. We had a variety of hoops, bean bags etc, thanks to Livingstone Primary for them and

thanks to Pat for the bubbles. Being so hot the children led the activities and games at their own

pace and the adults sat and chatted. The Splash Fountain thankfully was on so most of us

stayed in the walled garden.

 

Such fun for all, with drenched and cool children squealing with enjoyment. DDCS bought an ice cream or beverage for everyone, yum.
