Lush Trip and Boat Tour
On Tuesday 13th August DDCS was invited back to the Lush Factory for a tour followed by a boat trip around Poole Harbour. Places were limited so were offered to all hearing impaired children accompanied by one adult/carer. The places filled up very quickly.

On the Factory tour the children visited the soap, massage, shampoo and bubble bath departments where they were able to get hands on and make some of the products for themselves. There was a lot of fun with the glitter!

We then travelled by coach for a trip around Poole Harbour. We were very lucky as their were some showers of rain but we more or less managed to miss them! It was a lovely day.
Thank you so much to Mandy, Paul and all the staff at Lush who looked after us all so well. All the children and parents and carers went home very happy with their products they made!
